Manual for completion of questionnaire, list of required documents and destination email address are available on KPO website (www.kpo.kz) under the tab “Suppliers”. Registration usually takes from 5 days to 1 month and it is free of charge.

What is FPAL code? Where can we find them?
FPAL codes represent the items of KPO’s classification in terms of Goods, Works and Services. They derive from the industry standard classification system FPAL (First Point Assessment Limited – International Vendor Database with commodity coding system used by KPO).
FPAL code guide can be found in Preliminary Vendor Assessment Questionnaire (page 2), which is available at KPO web-site www.kpo.kz.
